Collection of Information About You

“Contact Us”: If you are using the CONTACT US feature, any information that you share will be viewed by the trained volunteer assisting you, and may also be viewed by one or more Safe4Athletes supervisors. No “personally identifiable information” will be shared with anyone else. "Personally Identifiable Information" is information about you that would identify you, such as your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, or any other information that could be used to identify you.

Please note, however, that some states require us to record and report information regarding the abuse of someone less than 18 years of age, or vulnerable or disabled adults, including persons over 60 years of age, or persons who are in danger of committing suicide. If you convey such circumstances, and provide information that could lead us to identify your name and location, we may have to record such information and provide it to the appropriate authorities. Thus, if you do not want any information shared, we recommend you do not provide us with your name, phone, email or any other information and that you call our 800 number during California working hours and explain to the Safe4Athletes staff member that you would like to provide no personally identifiable information.

Aggregate Data & Cookies: We automatically gather, or aggregate, certain usage information, such as the number of users on, length of stay, and average length of sessions. This data cannot be used to identify you personally, and helps us to determine how often our web site is being used, at what times of the day, and other useful statistics.
